We happily ship both locally and internationally to most places.

Shipping will be added to your purchase at the checkout.

There are options at the checkout to collect if you are local. Collection must be pre arranged.

​For digital and printable files there is no shipping cost.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

ONLINE STORE ORDERS

A flat rate 15.00 shipping charge for orders within Australia.
In most cases, orders will be posted with Australia Post services.
A tracking number will be provided.
Orders from the store will be shipped within 5 business days. This is subject to the approval of your proof/draft for print where applicable.

CUSTOM DESIGNED ORDERS

Shipping will vary depending on what your order consists of. Shipping will be quoted to you as part of the quote process.
In most cases, orders will be posted with Australia Post using their express post services.
A tracking number can be provided on request.
Custom orders are dispatched at varying time frames as it will depend not the complexity of your order.
​Shipping times are subject to the approval of your proof/draft for print where applicable, and how long your order will take to complete.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders form the store and custom orders are shipped using DHL.
​There are several countries with pre priced shipping. If your country is not listed, or you are ordering a custom design, please contact us to arrange a quote.
​The delivery time will also depend on which country you are located in. For most countries, delivery will be approximately 7-10 days from the date of dispatch.
​A tracking number can be provided on request.
Any taxes or duties that are applied by the destination country are payable by you. Emma Smith Event Stationery will hold no responsibility of this.
