FOR PURCHASES DIRECT FROM THE STORE

* PRINTABLE FILES - ALL designs are available as printable whereby you buy the .PDF or .JPEG file and take to the printer of your choice or print at home.
​The invitation designs are sold as a 5 x 7 inch high resolution image - one per page. This can be scaled down accordingly if need be using most photo editing apps and programs. You will need to note in the comments if you require any other format.

* SPELLING AND GRAMMAR - Whist all care is taken to make sure all the details on your stationery are correct, please double check all details such as spelling, names, dates and times, sizing and details etc. After you have given the okay to print (verbally and/or in writing), Emma Smith Event Stationery takes no further responsibility for these errors.
 
* GUEST LIST - If a guest list has been provided - Please also ensure that all the details on your guest list spreadsheet are accurate and in the layout requested. Whilst some basic formatting is checked, it is your responsibility to ensure names, addresses and postcodes are correct. If the spreadsheet does not comply and reformatting by Emma Smith Event Stationery is required, you will be charged $50.00.
 
* PRIVACY - Your personal information and the information of others (when guest list has been provided is treated with the strictest confidentiality and will be deleted/destroyed after your order has been finalised. The information will not be given to third parties.
 
* REPRINTS - Please take into account that after you post your invitations, one or two may go missing in the post, or you may forget to invite someone. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you order a couple of blank invites. Reprints after approval to print and your initial guest list will be charged accordingly. A surcharge may apply for all reprints and then the normal cost of the stationery and the additional postage is payable also.
 
* RECEIVING YOUR ORDER - Invitations are NOT placed into the envelope for you unless requested/agreed on before hand and will come at an additional charge. You will need to allow time to do this.
 
* COLOUR - Please note that the colours you see on your screen may differ slightly to the actual print colour. Colours may also vary depending on what type of screen you are looking at (e.g - laptop/desktop, iPhone, iPad, tablet etc.) All effort and care is taken to ensure the colours that print match your theme. If you are unsure, please ask for a sample to be sent to you, or print yourself on you home printer to be sure. (this too may produce inconsistent results as home printers and inks vary from the ones used by Emma Smith Event Stationery}.
 
* USE OF IMAGES - Emma Smith Event Stationery reserves the right to use the designs, or photos of the designs on any social media platform owned by Emma Smith Event Stationery or the website www.emmasmith.com.au. Any personal details will be changed/blurred. Emma Smith Event Stationery cannot be held accountable for misuse of these images by a third party. If you DO NOT want images of your design to be used in the above manner, please advise at the time of ordering.
If YOU apply the designs to any social media platform, it is expected that you will note Emma Smith Event Stationery as the designer and tag/note/credit the images accordingly. Hashtags and handles are #esstationery and @esstationery
 
* BRANDING - Unless it compromises the design (and this decision will be made at the discretion of Emma Smith Event Stationery), each invitation you order will have a very small clear sticker with the ‘emma smith event stationery’ logo and website on the back. If you DO NOT wish this to be applied, please let us know at the time of ordering. You may request a photo of the sticker placement before it is applied.
 
* DISCLAIMER - If your invitation suite contains embellishments or handmade pieces, please be aware that it has been meticulously made one piece at a time. On occasion, this may result in some slight irregularities between invitations/stationery suites. We strive for a consistent outcome every time, but as each order is custom made by hand just for you, this cannot always be achieved. By purchasing this product online, you agree to this disclaimer.

FOR CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

* ARTWORK AND DESIGN CHARGE - Artwork and design is the cost incurred for the time it takes to design a new concept or a variation of an existing design. The cost includes ideas, concept and design, (setting out of type, colour changes, drawing your design, photoshop where required etc.), all proofs via JEG or PDF for your approval and photo mock ups where required. All prices include printed personalisation on the invitation with your guest’s name, and guest name and address printed on the envelope.
 
* POSTAGE AND HANDLING – P & H is extra and charged at standard Australia Post costs. On occasion, there may be a need to charge slightly more due to care in packing your order to ensure no there is no damage to your goods during transit. This will be quoted to you in advance. Australia Post will be used in most cases and a tracking number can be provided upon request. International orders are shipped through DHL.
 
* PAYMENT - All prices are in AUD and attract 10%GST.  A MINIMUM of 50% deposit is payable on ordering. All orders under $100.00 are payable in full on ordering. You will be invoiced at the time of ordering. Initial concepts and designs will commence after the deposit is received. Full balance is payable on completion of your order. Your order will be shipped when final payment has been made.
